| Tamara Smith is a master of both French dyes on silk and watercolors. Born in California, Tamara is a fourth generation artist. In 1985 she earned her Fine Arts Degree from Otis Parsons School of Design, where she received extensive training with guache. Tamara is award winning and internationally collected.
